At Excalibur Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
